Fiona Ferrier

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (food Technology and Microbiology), a Diploma of Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She has many years experience in senior quality assurance roles in large international companies where she has gained knowledge across a variety of fields including employee well-being, change management, sustainability and ethical standards.

With a view to satisfying patient needs, Fiona manages the programs for ensuring ethical and legislative requirements are met and the expected quality of patient care is maintained and exceeded upon across all clinics and departments. She ensures continual guidance, correction and improvement of the overarching processes that support the City Fertility Centre team in providing exceptional care.
