Having delivered approximately 10,000 babies in his career, Dr Cerqui has cemented himself as a highly devoted and compassionate specialist who takes pride in treating all patients with an evidence-based approach.

Since graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Medicine in 1988, Dr Anthony Cerqui has gone on to develop and run his own multidisciplinary practice in Toowoomba for the past 21 years.

With decades of experience providing gynaecological, obstetric and fertility care, he is known to be a highly supportive and collaborative specialist who values patient-centred care. Dr Cerqui is pleased to offer all areas of fertility care to his patients to ensure they are given the best chance at falling pregnant.

Dr Cerqui is highly experienced in and well-equipped to perform fertility treatments and advanced ultrasounds as well as gynaecological and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries including robotic approach, ensuring an exceptional standard of treatment for all patients.

While passionate about all facets of gynaecological and obstetric care, Dr Cerqui holds particular interests in infertility, high-risk pregnancy, minimally invasive surgery, robotic surgery, pelvic organ repair, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, abnormal menstrual bleeding, chronic pelvic pain, colposcopy, and general gynaecology.
