Pay Online
City Fertility now offers an online payment service for patients to pay their invoices, conveniently and securely, at any time.
This option allows you to pay for your cycle via our secure Commonwealth Bank payment platform up to three days prior to your procedure. On the day of your procedure this payment is applied to your invoice and an online claim is submitted to Medicare, resulting in rebates being paid within 3 to 5 business days. This payment option reduces the time between making a payment and receiving any eligible Medicare rebates.
Medicare Online claiming is available at all City Fertility clinics. This is a secure and convenient way to claim your rebate without having to visit a Medicare office.
Patients who are ineligible for Medicare are able to pay for their treatment via the online patient platform. However, all cycle payments are required to be paid in full on the day you commence your fertility medications or day one of your cycle.
Please refer to your individual fee estimate regarding the amount required to be paid and also for your unique identifier code (C code) which is required for all online payments.
