Liam brings extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles within healthcare and other complex operating environments. He works closely with the Board and executive leadership team on financial planning, funding and treasury, pricing strategy, capital allocation, risk management, and financial governance.
Since joining City Fertility, Liam has overseen the strengthening of the Group’s financial control, reporting, and governance frameworks, and supports key business initiatives across capital investment, system modernisation, and organisational growth. He plays a central role in Board and Audit & Risk Committee processes, external audit, tax, and regulatory matters.
As Chief Financial Officer, Liam Kim is responsible for the Group’s financial strategy, governance, capital management, and commercial performance. He is recognised for his disciplined, analytical approach and his ability to align financial stewardship with the Group’s long-term strategic objectives. He is also committed to supporting sustainable growth while maintaining strong governance and financial discipline.
