Dr Shalou primarily works in
Dr Eva Shalou is a gynaecologist and fertility specialist committed to providing individualised, patient-centred care throughout every stage of the fertility journey.
She graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery in 2011. She completed her Obstetric and Gynaecology training in across various hospitals in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne, while simultaneously also completing her Masters in Reproductive Medicine from the University of NSW. Dr Shalou then undertook 2-year fellowship in Reproductive Medicine at the Royal Women’s Hospital.
Dr Shalou consults at City Fertility, Jolimont. She also has public hospital appointments at The Northern Hospital and Royal Women’s Hospital, where she works in the Victorian Public Fertility Care Service. She is actively involved in mentoring and training of junior doctors and medical students.
Dr Shalou cares for patients with a wide range of fertility needs including the LGBTQ+ community and single patients. She has a special interest in the management of recurrent miscarriages and PCOS.
Dr Shalou believes in a collaborative approach, tailoring each treatment plan to your unique needs and empowering you to take an active role in your care.
