Dr Natasha Andreadis (Dr Tash) is a qualified and experienced IVF/ Fertility subspecialist and Gynaecologist. She is a certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility subspecialist (CREI), making her uniquely qualified to manage infertility and hormone-related issues. She takes a holistic, integrative approach, working alongside complementary health practitioners — including dietitians, naturopaths, acupuncturists, and Chinese medicine practitioners — to provide well-rounded care for her patients.
Dr Tash is widely recognised for her expertise in LGBTQ+ fertility care and is a proud, dedicated ally to the LGBTQ+ community, committed to providing inclusive, affirming, and judgement-free support to all patients on their path to parenthood. She is also a Peri/Menopause expert and the founding doctor of UnPause, a telehealth platform.
Dr Andreadis graduated from medicine at the University of New South Wales in 2000 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG). She trained primarily at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney, and in 2008 won the RANZCOG Award for the highest mark in the oral membership exam. In her final year of specialty training, she was a research fellow at Oxford, United Kingdom, and Utrecht, the Netherlands. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Reproduction and Genetics from the University of Sydney and serves as an examiner for the CREI subspecialty program.
Dr Andreadis has furthered her studies in obesity, nutrition, energy medicine, and sound healing. She is a Reiki Master healer and has completed a Level 2 diploma in Sound Therapy, offering music therapy as part of her practice at Newtown Fertility Centre. Her research interests centre on music therapy, and she has published evidence supporting the use of music to reduce anxiety associated with gynaecological and fertility procedures.
A natural community builder, Dr Tash hosts a monthly book club, Dr Tash Book Club, and hosts an informative health and fertility podcast, “The Fanny Mechanic”. As the founder of Newtown Fertility Centre, she creates spaces where people can connect, learn, laugh, and feel more at home in themselves.
Dr Andreadis consults at Newtown Fertility Centre and works with City/Rainbow Fertility, where she provides highly personalised treatment in state-of-the-art IVF facilities.
